1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and us (Leda Atelier) for the purchase of goods from our website.

2. Deviating or additional terms of the customer will not become part of the contract unless we explicitly agree to them.

3. The contract language is English.

Conclusion of the Contract

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of goods, especially Print-on-Demand products (e.g., clothing, accessories, posters, decorative items).

2. By placing an order on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

3. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer completes the order process on our website.

§3 Personalized Products / Customer Specifications

1. For personalized products, the customer provides all content required for customization (e.g., names, texts, data).

2. The customer guarantees that the submitted content does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, personal rights).

3. The customer indemnifies us against all claims by third parties arising from such infringements.

4. Personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once production has begun.

Print-on-Demand / Production and Delivery

1. All products are individually produced only after the order has been received (Print-on-Demand).

2. Production and shipping may be carried out partially by external fulfillment and production partners.

3. Delivery times are indicated in the respective product description and begin with receipt of payment.

4. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Payments already made will be refunded immediately.

Prices and Payment

1. All prices stated are final prices. No VAT is charged according to §19 UStG.

2. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process unless explicitly stated as free of charge.

3. Payment is made exclusively via the payment methods offered on our website.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Warranty

1. The statutory warranty rights apply.

2. Minor deviations in color, print position, or material are technically unavoidable in Print-on-Demand products and do not constitute a defect.

Copyright

All designs, motifs, and content are protected by copyright. Reproduction, further use, or commercial use without explicit written consent is prohibited.

Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
