Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are not pre-manufactured and are made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., Print-on-Demand/custom products)

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery

• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature

Returns Conditions (Voluntary Returns Policy)

In addition to your legal rights, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• The goods were purchased within the last fourteen (14) days

• The goods are unused and in their original condition (if applicable, in original packaging)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Lost Returns

We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

A refund cannot be processed until the returned goods have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
